Mental Syndicate ships from Bulgaria, Sofia with FeDEx for USA and TNT for the rest of the world (Excluding Bulgaria)
- Worldwide shipping up to 2.500 kg: 25€
- Canada up to 2.500 kg: 45 €
- Australia & New Zealand up to 2.500 kg: 45 €
- Africa up to 2.500 kg: 45 €

All orders are shipped within 1-5 business days, not including weekends and holidays. The delivery arrives between 3-5 business days depending on the destination.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note that international recipients are responsible for duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery.
* Once an order is given to the carrier the item becomes that carrier’s responsibility and Mental Syndicate is no longer liable.
* Mental Syndicate is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to the destination.
RETURNS
If the merchandise is unused and in perfect condition, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of the received date for an exchange or a full refund. We cannot refund any shipping or handling fees related to your purchase or return. Please email office@mentalsyndicate.com with address, items purchased, and email used to purchase the item. Please carefully package the item(s) and mail it with delivery confirmation (or another comparable service with tracking). Once your item is received, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and you’ll hear from us via email then.
* Sorry, but we cannot except returns for products that have been used and personalized. We also cannot accept returns on sale items at 25% off or higher.
* Please note we are not liable for lost returns. Please add insurance and tracking to your package.
